Track Your Hours for MFTs and Social Workers by Andrea
In California, prospective Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists need to track and submit hours of practice to the Behavioral Board of Sciences. Track Your Hours is a web-based software developed by people who have navigated the BBS licensure process for clinicians currently working towards licensure to do just that.

Many MFTs and Social Workers train at multiple sites before applying for licensure. Keeping account of hours gained at each site can be a time consuming and confusing process. But, Track Your Hours allows client to enter as many sites and supervisors as they want. When a client sets up a user name and password for Track Your Hours in their TYH portal, they can assign multiple supervisors to a site as well as assigning a supervisor to multiple sites. Total flexibility to meet each individuals needs.
One thing pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Social Workers worry about is meeting Board of Behavioral Science regulations, which can be a confusing process to navigate. Track Your Hours keeps up-to-date on all California Board of Behavioral Science changes in regulations so that clients can be assured that they are following the latest Board requests and requirements.
A feature of Track Your Hours that we continue to hear that clients appreciate is the ability to create weekly log and experience verification forms with a click of a button. Our web-based software allows clients to download forms to their computer, e-mail directly to supervisors or professors and print California BBS forms with their hours registered in the appropriate areas.
